Work Plan for 2024/25

  1. Estimate the electricity consumption for all regular franchised bus routes in Hong Kong if they were fully electrified.
  2. Identify high energy-demanding routes that would be difficult to fully electrify.
  3. Predict the charging demand for each bus route.
